**For adults of all backgrounds – no dance experience needed!**

A high-energy, fun class blending Irish dance basics with full-body fitness.

**Focus:**
* Core Irish dance movements
* Cardio, strength, and balance
* Great music, supportive vibe

  **Experience level:**
*Total beginner welcome

All participants must be 18+
